Whether you book online or directly with your artist, the process is straightforward and consistent. Here’s what to expect:
Select a date and time that works best for your schedule.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Provide your full name, email address, and phone number during the booking process.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with details and a consent form for your service.
48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a text confirmation.
Please complete and sign all required forms before your appointment. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
Gratuities are optional but always appreciated.
Appointment Policies
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may result in a forfeit of the deposit.
Failure to reschedule or cancel within the required time frame will require full payment of the service to book a future appointment.
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the service, and we reserve the right to decline future appointment requests.
Kindly refrain from bringing additional guests, children, or pets to your appointment to ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all.
All required forms must be completed and signed prior to your appointment date.

Results may vary based on factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, medications, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Radiant Dye and its artists are not responsible for adjustments to the shape or color of your permanent makeup after the service agreement is finalized.
Please carefully review the shape and color before your session begins. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your decision.
Photos, videos, and audio recordings taken before, during, or after your procedure may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
Candidate Verification for Permanent Makeup
If any of the following apply to you, you may not be a suitable candidate for permanent makeup. If you are unsure, please consult your medical provider. In some cases, exceptions can be made with a doctor’s note.
You may not be eligible if:
You are under the age of 18.
You are pregnant or nursing.
You have certain health or medical conditions, including:
Recent use of antibiotics or other specific medications.
Allergies to materials such as nickel, anesthetics, latex, or iron oxide.
Heart or blood-related issues, prolonged bleeding, or a history of HIV, hepatitis, or cancer within the last 6 months.
Recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Local infections or skin conditions at the application site (e.g., dermatitis, bruising, skin ulcers).
Recent bacterial, fungal, or viral infections (within the past 6 weeks).
Recent chemical or laser peel treatments (within the past 2 weeks).
Injections within the past month.
Hypertrophic or keloid scars, moles in the brow area, birthmarks, or unresolved skin healing issues in the brow area.
Conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, severe acne, or hyper-pigmentation.
Use of Accutane or retinoids within the last 6 months.
Use of Retin-A within the last 2 weeks.
Sunburn or visible damage to the treatment area.
